2009 CHORUS OZ TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION:

• I confirm that I am the named person on the registration form and I am over 16 years of age.

• I accept that I must attend all times required for my voice part promptly - as set out in these conditions:

All voice parts: 9.30am-7pm

• I understand that if I choose not to purchase a score from Sydney Philharmonia I must provide my own copy of the score.

• Registration must be accompanied by payment. I  understand that if I choose the instalment option I will not be sent my CD and/or score until the 2nd payment is taken on February 1 2009.

Please note that places fill quickly so all registrations, regardless of receipt date, are subject to availability.

• Acceptances for membership in ChorusOz will be handled in strict date received order.

• I understand that seating in the Opera House will be allocated by Sydney Philharmonia and that if I wish to be seated with a particular person or group this must be noted on my registration form and the forms must be sent together. It is noted that whilst Sydney Philharmonia cannot guarantee to meet my request, every effort will be made to do so.

• I understand that once all voice parts are full applications may be accepted in strict date receipt order for a priority waiting list.

• Once you have been accepted into ChorusOz, registration fees are not refundable or transferable under any circumstances.

I have read and accept the conditions of registration and agree that the decision of Sydney Philharmonia is final in all matters relating to my participation in ChorusOz.
