TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION

1. AGE LIMIT
Students must be over 16 years of age

2. TRAVEL INFORMATION
There is street parking in Hickson Road, both metered and unmetered. The nearest public transport is buses and trains from Wynyard or trains from Circular Quay, both approximately a 20 minute walk to our premises.

3. PAYMENT OF FEES
Payment may be by personal cheque, credit card (Mastercard and Visa) or money order . You may fax your enrolment using Mastercard or Visa only.

4. CONFIRMATION OF ENROLMENT
Confirmation will be emailed to you. Please enter email address clearly.

5. REFUNDS,CREDITS OR TRANSFERS
Refunds, credits or transfers will NOT be given unless a course is cancelled by us. If this happens you will be notified. If we have cancelled the course, you will be entitled to request we refund your fee.

6. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You have the right to get what you have paid for, in a safe environment. You must be willing to do the tasks your tutor assigns you, treat your fellow enrolees with consideration and leave our premises in good order. No responsibilty will be taken for personal property.

7. TELEPHONE BOOKINGS
Telephone bookings will NOT be accepted. Enrol online, or print out, complete and fax or post the enrolment form.

8. PRIVACY POLICY
Sydney Philharmonia respects your privacy and will not disclose any information with which you provide us. In some circumstances your telephone number may be disclosed to the tutor of a course you have enrolled in. You need to notify us if you prefer this information not be disclosed. The personal information we collect about you is used by us solely:
• to provide you with course details and information about other courses of interest
• to communicate with you generally if required

We guarantee that we will not sell any personal information collected from you.

Enrolments made on this site are secure. Your card and other details are encoded and cannot be read by any other party during the transaction.
