ESSENTIAL INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS

1. You must be over 16 years of age.
2. You are the named person on the registration form.
3. You must attend all times required for your voice part promptly - as set out in these conditions:
Saturday June 9 Concert Hall Sydney Opera House
9.30am – 12.30pm Tenors & Basses
1.30pm – 4.30pm Sopranos & Altos

Sunday June 10 Concert Hall Sydney Opera House
10.00am – 1.00pm Choir Only
2.00pm – 5.00pm Choir / Soloists / Children's Chorus / Orchestra
6.00pm – Performance of Carmen 70-90 mins duration
7.30pm – Finish

4. If you choose not to purchase a score from Sydney Philharmonia you must provide your own copy of the score and that it must be covered with black paper or used with a black folder.
5. Carmen 2012 will be performed in French – a language tape will be provided.
6. Registration must be accompanied by payment. Once you complete the form and click submit your registration fee cannot be refunded or transferred under any circumstances. Registrations can be paid by two instalments, but scores, if purchased through us, must be fully paid at the time of registration.
