Privacy policy

All information covered by this policy will be treated as private and Sydney Philharmonia Ltd ("the Company") will use best endeavours to keep it secure.

The Company receives three kinds of information that it considers to be private:

1. Information about Employees.
   All information about or received from employees shall not be disclosed except as required by law or with the permission of the employee.
2. Information about Choristers.
   All information about or received from choristers shall not be disclosed except as required by law or with the permission of the chorister.
3. Information about Subscribers and Ticket Purchasers.
   Information about or received by the Company from subscribers or ticket purchasers will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected, including keeping subscribers and purchasers advised of events organised by or including Sydney Philharmonia Choirs.
   
   At the request of any subscriber or purchaser, that person's name and address shall be removed from any mailing list.
   

Any other information not covered above will be treated in accordance with relevant legislation.
