FESTIVAL CHORUS

“The exhilaration of performing with the choir at The Sydney Opera House is matched by the joy of having those sublime melodies resounding in my head for weeks afterwards!”
Rachel Maiden – member of the Festival Chorus

The Sydney Philharmonia Festival Chorus is a large choir of approximately 350 singers. It's open to all people with the basic ability to sing in tune with others. Providing the opportunity to experience singing great choral music, Festival Chorus especially appeals to those who aren't able to commit to a full year's performance schedule. Participants commit to rehearsing and performing two programs in the year's season of performances.
