Stuart Goddard – Non-Executive Director – Appointed
Stuart is a corporate adviser and Chartered accountant with over 25 years’ experience advising financial services and healthcare organisations on mergers and acquisitions, and is recognised as an expert in the insurance sector.
Stuart has significant experience advising Boards on corporate deal strategies, covering privately owned companies, public companies and not-for-profits, and for clients spanning the US, UK, and Asia Pacific regions. Stuart has also held several leadership roles within the corporate advisory divisions of one of Australia’s largest consultancy firms, with responsibility for people and culture, risk management and business performance.
He has also undertaken several voluntary governance and finance roles within the not-for-profit sector across a range of government school P&Cs and faith-based organisations.
Stuart has a passion for music, both choral and instrumental, regularly volunteering as an accompanist for musical theatre performers, instrumentalists and church music ensembles. Stuart’s four children are all pursuing their own musical interests in choirs, musical theatre and instrumental ensembles.
