the latest in choral music from Australia, America
and England. Orlando Gough has written for rock bands
and orchestras and is one of the UK's most intriguing
new composers. Matthew Hindson's music us unique
in its ability to combine both pop and classical
influences - rhythmic, tunefull and full of witty
social observation which is wwy this Australian composer
has been performed all over the world. Eric Whitacre
is an individual voice whose music is all about exploiting
the sensual nature of harmony and vocal colour. With
four world premieres, this is a chance to showcase
both our Chamber Singers and Symphony Chorus in the
vibrant acoustics of the Verbrugghen Hall.
